    Sadly, yes.  Both American soldiers and Vietnam civilians / soldiers continue to see birth defects and over ten serious diseases are linked with the affects of Agent Orange exposure.  Agent Orange was part of the Air Spray program of the Vietnam War, an attempt to defoliate the Vietnam country side.  Estimates place millions of galleons of herbicides were used between 1962-1971.  Agent Orange used herbicide components 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T between January 1965 – April 1970.  Agent Orange II, “Super Orange” used herbicide components 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T between 1968-1969.
