Would simply putting grass on my roof help, or do I need other types of plants as well?

    Green roofs hold many benefits for the environment and for the homeowner can help reduce storm-water runoff and increase energy efficiency. This is because the soil and plants on green roofs act as insulation helping to regulate fluctuations in temperature.
