Nuts contain a lot of calories, so if you’re watching your weight it’s not a good idea to eat them in big helpings. But they’re also very healthy. They’re excellent sources of protein, fiber, antioxidants and omega 3. Plus, eating nuts regularly can reduce the risk of heart attack.
It’s possible that nut oil could be used as an alternative fuel in the future. However our technologies are not currently advanced enough to do this effectively.
