Global warming refers to the overall increase in temperatures worldwide. Global climate change is probably a more accurate description of what is actually happening. Some areas, such as Texas, are receiving record snowfall, because weather patterns are shifting. As time moves on, rising temperatures will cut short wintry effects as well as continuing to cause unusual storms. Nature is very unbalanced because of carbon emissions.
