will warming increase snowfall in greenland ?

There is some evidence of this. Since warmer air has a higher moisture threshold it often produces more precipitaion. Snow and ice would then accumulate fastest in Greenland’s interior, which as already increased by over 6 cm per year between 1992 and 2003. Some believe is helping to offset the melting of the galcial ice at its edges.
