Will the Supreme Court strike down the 1988 anti-fraud law?

It is uncertain whether or not it will be taken down, but it is being debated.  The position of most lawyers is that the law is excessively vague and fails to serve its initial purpose.  Some argue that because it is vague, it is too often used to easily target politicians who might not have broken any laws.
