As has been discussed here frequently, much bottled water IS tap water.
So, the answer is no.
If the water is purified (filtered) before it is put into a bottle, then this water may actually be a detriment to your plant. Filtered water is absent many minerals which are important to the health of plants and animals alike. Aside from not adding any new minerals to the soil, water absent minerals will also leach those that are already present from the soil. Chemicals such as chlorine and fluoride used as sterilizing agents in tap water can also be harmful to your plants.
Attached is a great article that breaks down the benefits to using distilled, bottled or tap water and when to use which depending on the plant you are trying to grow.
