Van Jones, Special Adviser for Green Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation at the White House Council for Environmental Quality, has indeed done a lot in his lifetime. He has worked tirelessly to promote green job training and human rights, and authored the book “The Green Collar Economy.”
After further research I did want to add that Jones recently resigned from his position at the White House.
