Will Obama be able to push nuclear power if he has unsuccessfully been able to get a climate bill passed?

It seems so. President Obama just offered $8 billion in federal loans for two new nuclear reactors in Burke, Georgia. Also in the 2011 budget he offered an additional $36 billion as loans for nuclear projects, this comes as an addition to the $18 billion already approved. Nationwide there are 32 projects pending for approval while more then 100 in stages of planning.
