Will ecosystems be able to adapt to global temperature changes?

Ecosystem changes take thousands if not millions of years to build and adapt to changing circumstances. Thus, the global temperature change within only fifty to one hundred yearrs will be detrimental to fragile ecosystems and will destroy them because they don’t have a chance to adapt. This is what happened with the ice ages, and also the extinction of the dinosaurs as well, however the ones who will probably be the ones to fall will be humans.
