Unless you’re a specialized disaster relief provider, there probably aren’t any ways for you to directly provide aid. About 300 responders are on the ground in American Samoa, including personnel from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the American Red Cross, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Health and Human Services, according to those agencies. You can, however, donate to the relief efforts of these groups by visiting their websites (such as the website of the American Red Cross, below) and donating to the appropriate fund.
You can visit the American Red Cross to inquire. People can also donate to help out with the American Red Cross effort in American Samoa.
