The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency was sued by the Center for Biological Diversity to force the EPA to make the regulation of pesticide use stricter. The Center for Biological Diversity believes the EPA was not consulting wildlife officials over pesticide use and that changes should be made to meet the rules of the Endangered Species Act.
