Why is the swine flu so deadly?

    Swine flu is a type of new flu strain that our bodies are not ‘familiar’ with. Meaning we don’t have existing antibodies in our body to recognize this flu strain. But older adults seem to be better prepared to fight this flu off, whereas younger folks seem to have the highest casualties.
