why is rhino conservation so important ?

The rhinoceros conservations programs are very important because they are helping the rhino from going extinct. There are only five living species left and three of them are on the critically endangered list according to the International Union for Conservation of Nature Red List. Since the rhinos populations are struggling across the globe it is very important that we do everything we can to help them repopulate the earth. The absence of animal can wreak havoc on an ecosystem and the food chain already set in place for that area. But one of the reasons that rhinoceros is so often talked about for conservation is that their main reason for declining population is poaching. The rhino is one of the most poached animals in the world, and this is certainly something that can and should be controlled before it is too late.
