Why is organic farming better for droughts and floods?

organic farming is better for droughts and floods because it makes the plants a bit more resilient as they don’t rely upon fertilizer and constant care. in floods the fertilizer and pesticides are washed off into streams and then the lakes and oceans where the higher concentration of nutrients in the water causes algae blooms which can suffocate plant life on the bottom of the water body.
