Why is “made in China” a bad thing?

Are more people concerned with quality of products or concern over workers ?

    Both.

    Chinese products often have lead or other toxins, without properly warning about them.

    The workers also have to work on very low wages in dangerus work enviroments. an example is Foxconn, where thay had to put out suicide nets to prevent workers from jumping off of the roof.

    There are multiple reasons why the “Made in China” label has negative connotations. Chinese workers are not paid a fair wage by America’s standards. There have also been many recalls of Chinese products due to health concerns, like lead poisoning. Many people believe that products manufactured in China are poor quality. We continue to buy them, though, because of how cheap they are.
