This is said because of the obesity and health crises! In general, people will have shorter lifespans because they eat too much of the wrong food and don’t exercise enough. Prior generations ate less, ate better, and exercised more.
it is because of the nutrient poor diets full of fats and sugars that we now consume while maintaining a low activity lifestyle. Also, the amount of stress that we must deal with in our world is much higher than it was in prior generations. Lastly, environmental degradation has led to poorer air and water quality and will significantly affect our generation and our children’s generation if it is not changed.
