Organic vegetables are normally better because they have not been treated with as many chemicals as “regular” vegetables. Vegetables that are produced organically are not treated with any type of chemicals to enhance growth, keep pests away or manage the land on which the plants are grown. So, when you consume them, you are not consuming any chemicals.
The reason that organic vegetables are so healthy for your body is that organic products are grown more naturally and are not chemically treated. “Organic farming practices are designed to encourage soil and water conservation and reduce pollution. Farmers who grow organic produce and meat don’t use conventional methods to fertilize, control weeds or prevent livestock disease.”
