Why don’t all gas stations carry diesel?

The main reason is that there is a lack of consumer demand. Consumer demand, in turn, is suppressed by two major factors: diesel engines tend to be more expensive than normal engines and diesel gas produces more smoke than normal gas (which is unpleasant to the consumer). Also, diesel engines tend to be louder than normal engines and also tend to vibrate.
