Why does the United States have such a low-ranking health care system when it spends more than other countries?

Its because the healthcare system is not available to all people and much of the spending in the medical system is for overhead and other non related costs, thus all the expenses do not go to providing more care. As a result, United States’ healthcare system is quite far behind those of other industrialized countries.
