Why do kids seem to learn better in a green school?

This is very arguable.  Some “non-green” schools may perform very well.  That said, it could have something to do with funding.  Converting a school to a “green-school” costs money, atleast initially.  Some of these schools may have more funding for their educational programs as well.

I agree with you about funding it is important for schools to be well funded to help encourage learning with better materials and supplies.
