why do certain parts of our bodies sweat so much more?

Certain parts of our body sweat so much more than others because of where sweat glands are located.  The average body has 2.6 million sweat glands, but some of them are larger than others.  Another reason that some areas sweat more is because they naturally get warmer than others.  Sweat is our body’s naturally mechanism for cooling down, so if one area is warmer than others it will sweat more.  The combination of these two cause parts of our bodies (like armpits and feet) to naturally produce more sweat than others.
