Why aren’t water noodles banned from swimming pools? When they are damaged, the particles remain suspended in the water, endangering every swimmer.

I live in a rented cottage in a gated community in Palm SPrings, desert Dorado villas; the pool is full of polyurethane particles, very tiny, like dust, from tenants using water noddles and leaving them out at night where animals bite into them apparently and then they’re put into the pool the next day.

Eventually, they filter out, but consider this — people urinate in pools, leafs fall in pools, and there is chlorine in pools. If anybody ingests a significant amount of pool water, they’ll puke — danger averted.
