Are we eating more tuna than ever before? If we are, its for health reasons, because tuna is really high in protein and has almost no fat. It’s fills you up but isn’t loaded with lots of calories (unless you mix it with mayo for tuna salad). So…tuna is REALLY HEALTHY…but as with everything, we should moderate our intake of it because it contains mercury. We should not eat more than 2 cans per week (or equivalent).
