Why are sulfur crystals used in electric batteries?

    Sulfur crystal actually form due to a chemical reaction. This reaction occurs when sulfur begins to form onto the lead surface while making electric batteries. The battery itself then requires less sulfur ions to interact with the lead, to power said battery.
