well people do not love every body
I think a lot of times people are A double S’s because they act according to their own interest with little regard for others’ feelings or needs. The A double S in question, when faced with a decision, will subconsciously or consciously weigh which side of the decision is more important to him or her. Many times, what he or she decides is more important may just be easier, even though it hurts or neglects others. The hurt or neglect gives them reason to see him or her as an A double S.
Altruism is difficult. Some philosophers would even argue that it is impossible, but that shouldn’t affect our pursuit of it. Respect is kindness’s shadow.
