Why are frog populations dropping?

  1. 0 Votes

Amphibians like frogs are very sensitive to changes in their environments, in part because their skins are moist and permeable. Because of this, amphibians are considered predictors of environmental change. The fact that frog populations are dropping in many parts of the world confirms the importance of addressing climate change, deforestation, and pollution. What impacts frogs eventually impacts everything else in their habitats.
