A two headed snake would be an excellent means for pest control. Imagine how many mice and rats one would be able to catch. After all, two heads are better than one!
I would have to assume that a two headed snake would be able to conserve time and resources for scientific experiments. If snake venom was needed, then a two headed snake should hypothetically be able to produce as much venom as a snake with one head. There might be the potential of removing one of the heads of the snake without the animal actually dying. This could be beneficial to pet owners whose snake needs a functioning head.
