The chupacabra, or goat sucker, is an animal that is not currently known to science. The strange creature has said to have killed animals in Puerto Rico, Miami, Nicaragua, Chile, and Mexico. The chupacabra’s name originated from a discovery of a slew of goat killings in Puerto Rico. The goats reportedly had puncture wounds in their necks and had the blood drained from their bodies. Whether or not this is true, scientists have not confirmed that this creature actually exists.
