who is responsible for protecting wildlife in America?

    The U.S. Fish and Wildlife service helps protect wildlife in America.

    The EPA (Environmentalal Protection Agency) also plays a part in protecting the environment.  The Fish and Wildlife Service is a branch of the Agency, but the EPA also deals with Water Managment and Air Control.  Although they do not deal directly with wildlife, they help regulate the environment so wildlife are not adversely affected
