I would say Jeff Immelt of General Electric. When he took over, he ended a multiple decade long standoff with the federal and state government of NY by agreeing to clean up pollution caused in the past in the Hudson river (as opposed to covering it up, or using resources it avoid paying it, he met the issue head on).
More importantly, he launched GEs econgination campaign, a multiple billion dollar R & D branch for GE which specializes in creating many different types of green processes. He was able to turn around the image of one of the largest coprations from a polluter to a leader in enviromentally friendly products.
