Who do you think was the “greenest” president?

    I think Teddy Roosevelt was the “greenest” president.  He was the first president that implemented environmental and conservationist policies. In an address to Congress in 1907, Theodore Roosevelt said, “The conservation of our natural resources and their proper use constitute the fundamental problem which underlies almost every other problem of our national life.”  In his time as president, he created the National Park Service, established 51 wildlife refugees, and created 4 national parks.
