Well, since the green labels on products vary depending on who is certifying them (if they’re even certified at all) or what the label is actually even saying, I think it’s safe to say that the company selling the product is the one making up the labels (unless it’s a label of some kind of official certification.) There is probably someone employed by the company whose job it is to design all of the labels and packaging of their products, so they are probably the ones who design the un-certified labels. As far as labels of certification go, the certifying agency or company probably has hired someone to design it for them.
