Theoretically, the one’s who should be in charge of restoring animal habitats are the people, company of government that own and operate the land in question. There are many groups around the world who are pushing for environmental reform in every ecosystem for thousands of species of plants and animals, but they don’t have permission of authority to make any changes without consent from the areas designated owner. There really is not one person or group directly in charge of restoring habitats, it is up for everyone involved to agree that restoration is the proper course of action.
