Who is in charge of water management in America?

    The United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Wastewater Management (OWM) is in charge of overseeing water management in America. This division of the EPA supervises a number of programs dedicated to overseeing American’s water and watershed resources. They also advocate compliance with the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.
