While Egyptologists and historians still debate this question, many believe Egyptian Pharaoh Khufu is responsible for the construction of the Great Pyramid of Giza. Scholars believe that all the pyramids at Giza were constructed over the course of 80 years by 20,000 – 30,000 laborers for father, son, and grandson (Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure).
