Which is worse – Rotenone or Dieldrin?

Dieldrin is worse for both the environment and human health.  Rotenone degrades easily in the environment and does not leak into groundwater systems and does not stick to soil.  Dieldrin is not water-soluble and attaches to soil and dust particles.  Dieldrin in high dosage and/or for long durations can cause nervous system damage and kidney damage.
