Exercise- especially belly dancing or zumba workouts as they work out your abdomen area a lot (all the muscles around your stomach) which will help tone those areas, so that when you lose the weight, those areas will be looking even better.
Exercise about 30 minutes a day.
Drink lots of water (up to 2L) as this helps cleanse your system of toxins.
Eat healthily- vegetables, fruits, etc. Don’t eat much processed food as they are harder for your body to break down and therefore are more likely to become fat.
Don’t snack or try alternates to chocolate bars, like almonds (good fats that keep you full).
Eat something first thing in the morning as it starts up your metabolism which then works better throughout the day.
