    Europe is filled with a variety of natural resources. Here is a list of the major countries and what they have to offer:

    United Kingdom: coal, oil, natural gas, tin, limestone, iron ore, salt, clay, chalk, gypsum, lead, and silica. 

    France: coal, iron ore, bauxite, zinc, uranium, antimony, arsenic, potash, feldspar, fluorspar, gypsum, and timber. 

    Germany: coal, lignite, natural gas, iron ore, copper, nickel, uranium, potash, salt, and timber. 

    Spain: coal, lignite, iron ore, copper, lead, zinc, uranium, tungsten, mercury, pyrites, magnesite, fluorspar, gypsum, sepiolite, kaolin, and potash. 

    Poland: coal, sulfer, copper, natural gas, silver, lead, salt, and amber. 

    Italy: coal, mercury, zinc, potash, marble, barite, asbestos, pumice, flourspar, feldspar, pyrite, natural gas, and crude oil reserves.
