That’s a tough question. Some would say Virginia, and some would say Ohio. The reason being is William Henry Harrison. He was born in Virginia, however he moved to Ohio where he spent time as a Representative and a Senator. When he was elected in 1840, he was a resident of Ohio. Basically, he’s the tie breaker between the two states.
