Wisconsin, Washington, and California are the three states that already run feed-in tariff programs. Each with varying levels of success. Though Washington’s looks to be the best as California’s thus far has proved relatively unsuccessful and Wisconsin’s version is very conservative. Though several other states have proposed legislation Oregon’s is simply too conservative and only provides for solar power. “Several states have introduced or will re-introduce bills this legislative session, including Minneosta, Michigan, and Indiana.”
