I’m pretty sure that would be the Klamath River. However, due to the way that dams on the Klamath river have negatively impacted salmon populations, many people think that it would be a good thing to remove the dams and use more small-scale hydroelectric power that would be less harmful to the fish. Th Klamath River runs through both Oregon and California, so California may actually get more power off of it. Due to the fact that it is an interstate river, negotiations between the states can be difficult.
