Which renewable energy is the cheapest to produce?

The cheapest harnessed renewable energy is wind. I would have guessed that solar power was fairly inexpensive, but large solar generators cost more to build than wind turbines. Both are free because nature provides the energy and it is constant, but wind costs less to harness.
