If by “worst” you mean the plastic containers that are not easily recycled, if recyclable at all, then the “bad” numbers are 6 and 7. The number 6 refers to styrofoam, and 7 is basically everything that isn’t under one of the other categories.
Number 3, 6, or 7 plastics are considered potentially harmful when used to contain foods and drinks because they can release toxins if the plastic breaks down.
