There are actually quite a few plants which yield high oxygen, and can take up so little space as to be kept as house plants. These include:
The Spider Plant
The Gerbera Daisy
As well as English Ivy
In studies by the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology as well as NASA, English ivy was found not only to be a high-oxygen yielder, but also to remove airborne chemicals and mold spores.
