The highest protein food i could find was Low Sodium Parmesan cheese, which provides the most protein with 41.6 grams per 100 gram serving, and regular whole Parmesan at 35.8 grams of protein per 100 grams. Other foods include Mature Soybeans, which have 36.5 grams of protein per 100 gram serving, and pumpkin and squash seeds, which provide 33 grams of protein per 100g serving. Anything that would replace a meat-based protein has a good amount of protein. That means tofu, seitan or tempeh. They are filled with protein and can be seen as interchangeable with meat.
