I think this is a difficult question to answer, because camping areas tend to be pretty green to begin with. Staying on trails, bringing out what you bring in, and not disturbing any of the wildlife are some of the practices encouraged by many camp grounds, so I don’t think there is necessarily a race to see who can do this the best. The only thing I can think of, is in the case that there are showers and bathrooms provided. These facilities would require some electricity and water, but because of the low impact they have, they probably don’t get much attention. I did find this article, however, that talks about a camp ground that has installed solar panels that power water heaters.
