The largest ozone hole is the one in the Southern hemisphere over Antartica.  In 2006, it was 10.6 million square miles.  Even though most countries have eliminated ozone depleting chemicals, ozone holes have increased even decades after the ban.  The chemicals are expected to have a lifetime of 40 years in the upper atmospheres.  The ozone will slowly start to recover.  It is not supposed to completely recover till 2065.
