The CherryPal C110/C114 computer was, at one time, the greenest computer on the market. Its production is currently discontinued, but according to the Cherrypal website, it can be bought as a custom order. It’s a “cloud computer,” meaning that most of its applications are run through an online server. Its max energy usage is 2 watts of power, which is much less than the average computer uses in standby mode.
Currently, the greenest computer on the market is reportedly the Fit PC Slim, which has also been described as the world’s smallest PC. It only uses 6 watts of power, but the system does not include a monitor.
