Studies have shown that foods rich in antioxidants may assist in the prevention of free radicals and cancer. Foods high in antioxidants include (but are not limited to): avocados, broccoli, carrots, figs, flax, garlic, grape fruit, red grapes, kale, mushrooms, nuts, citruses, red wine, dark chocolate, blueberries, seaweed, green & black teas, and tomatoes.
